Do you want to blow your motor?

How will a fuel pump compensate enough for a higher flowing CFM turbo?
Those injectors will be screaming.

As an example. Think of 5psi on the BNR as 10psi on the Stock turbine. I have no idea of actually numbers but that's the idea since the upgrade will flow more CFM per 1lb of boost.

Ask Jrat what happens when you get a little too eager with your BNR upgrade :P hehe

First of all it’s his car he can drive it how ever he wants to!!!!! He only had enough money to rebuild and do the mods that I listed. I told him when we were finished that he would have boost creep and that he would need to buy an external wastegate!!!!

Second if you look back at my post you will see where I stated that I ported the wastegate!!!!!

Moron???? Whatever

I beleive he is reffering to running 19 lbs on a stock turbo. If you can build motors, you should know the limits of the stock HT-18. Then again, you state it's your friend, and it's his choice, but atleast guide him in the right direction. Running 19 lbs on a stock turbo is a waste, and way past the efficiency range.

Try to run more like 12 lbs.

I think the only time you can run 19psi on a stock turbo / stock intercooler is maybe at the artic circle....

If he wanted to drive his car however he wanted, WTF is he asking for opinions / help with his car???

He only had enough money to rebuild and do the mods that I listed. I told him when we were finished that he would have boost creep and that he would need to buy an external wastegate!!!!
Why are you feeding him bullshit?
There is no such thing as "need to buy an external wastegate" just to get rid of boost creep!

Second if you look back at my post you will see where I stated that I ported the wastegate!!!!!
1) You don't know what you are doing.
2) You didn't port it properly.
3) You don't know what you're talking about.
Pick 1, 2, or all of the above...

Moron???? Whatever
Yeah, I'd say "moron" is appropriate.

My thread kicks *** :P jk jk...This sucks, I have to wait for my standalone to do any of this And it hasn't even shipped from Austrailia yet. I guess that can give me time to order some injectors....or maybe get the fmic first since I can run it with stock tmic =/ ...either way i need money! Oh and thanks for all the helpful replys. Whoever said that the stage 3 5 psi pushes as much as stock 10psi or w/e ..that was the most helpful. I just wanted to see which of the two was worse for my car.
Thanks!
