I don't understand why people ask these things??? You'll find out when you race him won't you?

Isn't that the point of racing??? That's like knowing all your presents before Xmas....

This is the scoop
The Altima is a 245 hp engine with a hefty 246ftlb's of torque. Engine uses all the new goodies offered today VVTI and has a 10.3 compression ratio, but weighs a nice 3225 lbs's pretty damn heavy
The VR6 (love that car) is a 200hp engine with 195ftlb's of torque and has all the same new engine technology out there (VVTI) but wieghs 3036

Its a close call. Truth is your TII has the advantage with its power to wieght ratio, i beleive it will be very close and ultimitly end up in the drivers skill catagory. I feel that if you lighten your car up as much as possible and shift better than your buddys, your gonna beat em
I wouldent worry at all about that altima its a pig and you should keep infront of him the whole way

Dude sounds like super fun id love to see and good luck!!!
Lets us know how it went!!

With your mods, you should have no trouble beating them.

Both those cars run mid-high 6's to 60.

You have a pretty extensive list of mods, so I would definantly place my bets on your car since your car also runs mid-6 seconds to 60.

Good luck, but I would think you can win.

Practice launches and run on a 1/4 tank or so. Fuel is heavy!
