i have a minor indent where the body meets my left taillight... i was wondering if i can get behind it to push it out by removing the taillights and getting behind there? or is there something blocking the way?

it depends where exactly it is

but it takes about two minutes to take out both tail lights, why don't you take them out and see?

 

you could probably get to it by pulling out the interior on that side..
