kylekyle,
Most of the series VI turbo IIs (ie FD motor) use an aftermarket ECU/computer. I'm not sure on the drivetrain pieces, but I'd imagine there would be some work bolting the engine to the TII transmission. I'd do a search in the 2nd gen section for "series VI" or "FD motor" or "3rd gen swap".

What the heck are you asking???? You want to stick a FD engine in a FC. Its going to be difficult, you'll need the ENTIRE intake from FD, and the ENTIRE wiring harness and CPU unless you go aftermarket. Your gonna have to MAKE motor mounts. The FC and FD tranny bolt patterns are the same, in fact the 89-91 trannies are the basically the same as in 93-99 except the rear tail section and some other minor things.
