Hey guys! In a bit of a pickle here. I tried searching the forum but didn't get a clear answer. I have an 87 TII and was wondering if front and rear turbo housings can be substituted in each others place ie. two front housings. I know they're stamped F and R but they look identical. Just wondering if it will cause any issues. Thanks!

the only difference is that the port air injection port is only drilled on one side, so to make them swap you just need to drill the opposite side. if you don't drill the hole it blocks the air injection and the car will never ever pass smog ever.
