As they aren't any further than 1 letter away from each other. A B rotor and C rotor? Yes. A B rotor and D rotor?. No

align it anyway you want
as you would need to balance it anyways if you want to do it correctly?

Doesn't matter. 13B rotors are exactly the same front to rear. However if you know where the rotor came from, you should put it back in the same position to keep the wear on the apex seal grooves constant.
