can anyone port the TB?

I want to make the throttle body ports larger. I know there are companies that will do this. does anyone know who does it well on the FCs?
Or I am pretty compitent with porting heads, but I have never done a TB anyonw know how? what is involved?

just use the trusty old dremel and some cut off disks and a few grind stones, if you want to get real fancy when your done go over it with a polish bit, take no time at all

I'm hopefully sending one down to BDC soon. (above link). he does the TB mod for you aswell.

I don't think there is any need for bigger butterfies. BDC put down almost 500hp on the stock one. he hasn't dynoed with a ported one yet. but he says it's much better.

When you say ports are you wonting to bore the ports and put in bigger throttle plates .if yes and if you could you would not be asking, Garfinkle has bored them and made the plates keeping the area ratios the same.He had one bored by a pro shop and they screwed it up ,the linkage had to be redone which Gar was able to do. If you have it done be sure the shop is good. If you are good do it your self, garfinkle s was better than the pros,
