Can Anyone in North America Do A Decent Alignment

I've been trying to get a decent alignment for awhile. Every shop says they don't know how to do a rear toe-in adjustment or they charge entirely too much. I just put on the camber adjust link and it seems to have fixed my camber but I still need a 4 wheel alignment by someone that doesn't suck and will guarantee it for a few monthes in case I have to adjust the camber again.

I went to an Autotire shop where I live that was managed by an autocrosser. I got an excellent alignment (they had to rotate the upper front strut mounts-extra charge) and adjusted the pre-load, all for $110. Check with the local autocross/solo people. If they can't help no one can.

Don't be afraid to print out the FSM alignment pages. This will help. Don't expect an alignment to last(guarantee for months????). One pothole/curb is all it takes.
What is "charge too much"? If you want it done right and want special attention, you will pay more.

Has anyone ever attempted to do the alignment themselves?
