Can anyone give me insight?
Ok. So when I start my car at night I notice my dash lights flicker. Could this be the battery going out or could it be the alternator going out? Can someone give me some insight on this? I don't want to get stuck in the middle of no where!

It's probably just a lose solder joint somewhere or the light switch.
About once every 2 weeks my car's dash lights go out completely, I have to bang the left bottom of the dash as hard as i can to get them to reappear. I consider it a feature.

Thats not a problem. It happens on all rx7s and alot of other cars. Its just a sign of a weak stock electrical system. AS long as it starts properly and the volts are staying where they belong youll be fine.

Ok. So today. I disconnected the battery. About 30 minutes later, I reconnected it. 1.2.3...And the car starts. Thank god. Park it for 30 minutes after light driving(not boosting), go back, and it doesn't turn over. Its cranking but just doesn't start? I have a new alternator and a new battery. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!

you need to get a multi-meter and see what the voltage is when running and cranking.
The starter can crank with voltage as low as 8 volts, however the coils really need 12 volts to give a good spark when starting.
when you say you have a new battery and alt, first why? 2nd is it the stock alt or some sort of upgrade, and 3rd who installed them.

The engine was replaced by the previous owner. And the battery and alternator was replaced by the previous owner as well. It was the first thing that that came to mind, that dealt with ignition. Alternator is a stock replacement. From this guys receipts, Mazda Auto Dismantling installed everything.
