Can anyone give me a breif summary on how to take out the motorized seatbelts??

Can anyone give me a breif summary on how to take out the motorized seatbelts??
on my 91 na? i have harnesses now and the actual seatbelts havent worked since i bought the car. no to mention they rattle something firece .. anyone point me in the general direction ??

Just have the dealer fix them for free (lifetime warrenty) or replace them with S4 belts (although the second option is technically illegal)
