Can any old shop do clutch and transmission work on an FC?
I'm figuring yes, but I would like to just make sure their is nothing special with clutch replacement and transmission repairs on an RX-7.

It's a pretty standard clutch/transmission. As long as the shop can get over the "damn black magic" spinning inside the engine, the clutch/transmission are just like on any other RWD car.
