Your talking a gear driven roots type right???
If i was building a system for a 7, i would use a centrifugal type like a paxton....
Roots type are just to friggin big and heavy....

yeh its the kit sold by atkins.....i have a na 91gxl that wants alot more power but i know i am not about to do a t11 swap.....i was thinking along the lines of a street port and that atkins kit......what other mods are needed to do it right?

wrongwheeldrive, you need fuel mods (so u dont run lean) such as APEXi SAFC2, fuel pump, and bigger injectors (just bigger secondaries should be fine). Also maybe a better clutch depending on how much power your gonna be putting down. Other then that you should be alright. BTW whats a T11 swap, do you mean TII (TurboII) engine swap? Or is it some new thing I don't know about ? Honestly though, I think you should put a turbo on that bitch instead. You can pick up a used turbo and TMIC (top-mount intercooler) for pretty damn cheap, and it will give you a nice lil' boost. Good luck!
