in michigan you dont need it, no one has cats on performance cars, we used to have testing but for some reason they got rid of it. but the easy way to have legal performance is to get your car registered out of state at like your parents house or a close relative

Keep my car registered here in KS and drive it in Cali? I know I will keep it registered in KS for about three months. Due to the insurance policy.

I'm in Northwest Florida, and we don't have to pass emisions tests, and I've never heard of a cop stopping someone and checking out what's under the hood. I do wish they'd stop this one RX-7 that's sporting around. I'd been keeping tabs on how many times I saw this TII FC running around town, and I wanted to race him, or just see the car move(I'm really interested in picking up a TII.) Anyhow, after months of not seeing this car, I spot it at some gas station. I go to check the car out, and it's rice. It's just an NA with the Turbo scoop, some ricey interior, and a big tac and shift light. Oh well, I was just upset because I'd got my hopes up.
