C6.R style hood?

So I was browsing the pic sticky, and stumbled across this picture:


Which made me think a hood styled like the ones on the C6.R would be functional, and look mean:

Bullshite.

Technically he could fabricate his own hood (thinking an aluminum NA hood), and use the vents off somethine like a 280ZX and position them differntly to form something akin to his dreamnt of C6r hood. To get the vent all you have to do is cut into the hood, and bend it down, and weld a couple pieces to hold the angle. All in all, not that hard, just have to have the skills/cash to get it done. Honestly ive been thinking about doing the 280ZX vent/reverse vent thing for a while now, just havent found a 280 in a junkyard near by, and dont have the welder.
