ID A/C problems

I have an 1989 RX7 that when you turn on the a/c it is fine then after you run it for a little bit it will stall the engine at idle or when you stop. can anyone help me solve this problem.

Check the functionality of the BAC as its job is to stabilze the idle as load is added to the engine via the A/C coming on. If the idle drops when you turn the A/C on it should only drop for a breif moment before the BAC adjusts for the drop and the idle returns to 750 RPM. If the idle returns to 750 quickly then you might want to adjust the idle a bit higher (850 to 900 RPM) to help compensate for the A/C being on.
