Buzzing in Radio problem

When I turn on my lights the radio starts making a buzzing noise and gets louder when accelerating. also my dash lights go dim and then bright agian. Is there a problem with the light switch?? Please help

I had sort of the same problem and my stereo guy said that I should check my grounds on both the stereo and the car.
