buying 87 tII, have some questions
this is the link to the car: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...&category=6327
I talked with the current owner, and he said he installed the engine himself...and that it is in good condition.
What do you guys think about the "buy it now" price of 3500?
Any input you have would be much appreciated.

I don't think $3500 is a bad price, if the car checks out to be as good as is stated. It sure is difficult to determine the condtion not seeing the vehicle in person. Body, interior, tires, clutch, and engine needs to be assessed. Used engine with 100,000 miles. Potential problems.
My .02 cents.

Heh, i was looking at that car, the guy told me if i bought it now, he would charge 200 dollars for him to ship it up to me. I live in Jersey.... But you are all the way in California. Shipping is going to be a bitch. Don't worry though, i'm not interested in that car anymore
