Buying 1990 RX-7 Turbo2

over the past few weeks ive become very interested and fanatic about rx-7s...and im actually really close to getting one...anyways tell me if this is a good deal

intake manifold leak, needs gasket

electric fan needs to be wired properly.

needs a datalogit if secondaries are upgraded

needs turbo

-no oil by exhaust ports on engine when turbo came off

-all seals and bearings new in the engine.

-needs new tires

-needs shocks

-needs rear brake rotors

-no body rust at all, just minor surface rust by wheel wells that can be sanded out by 80 grt

-engine was replaced

hood has few dents in it, may want to replace it

-has some minor dings on the driver door and passneger

MODS

ap engineering apexi power fc and commander which replaces the maf and now a denso map sensor is used.

-intake

-hks bov

-msd ignition wires

-electric fan

-greddy 3row fmic

-lowering springs

-20b fuel pump

coolant sensor adaptor from greddy

-oil temp and pressure adaptor from greddy mounted under oil filter

-front cross drilled rotors

-16 " aftermarket rims

anyways thats some imformation about the car....asking $6500(canadian)

also note that a guy i know (he found the car) is throwing in a new greddy turbo (20psi) for $1700plus hes downpiping and some other **** and he's going to do all the fixin up for cheap,....good deal? new engine only has 5000 km on it too.

thanks for your help guys
