Talking Buy intake?

I'm putting on my full exhaust and getting my wastegate ported. Can I safely spring for the apexi intake at the same time? Will I blow the car up? Should I wait for an SAFC/fuel pump rewire?

PS ... I don't want more than 9psi.

yes. no. rewire the fuel pump.....with an open exhaust/intake you will see 10 psi....but it might not get that high with a poterd waste gate

i think if you're getting your wastegate ported, you may be safe for the intake. I'm running 3" TID with blitz SUS filter and 2.5" bonez downpipe straight into the atmosphere. I'm getting a maximum of .5 bar which is about 7.35psi. I've tried to overboost it, i know that's a bad thing, but i can't get it to go over .5 bar. So, give it a shot...

A good waste gate port job will definitely regain control of your boost.

On low boost (compressor pressure direct to waste gate actuator) I get 5,6,6,6,6 in all the gears.

When I switch in the manual boost controller, I get 9,10,11,11,11.

I have the MBC bleed set almost closed so the peak boost pushes off above 5K in 3rd, 4th, & 5th before it detonates.
