the bushing may seem a bit big, but thats just because there are probably still all sorts of bits still stuck in there. Bushings like that are usually press-in, meaning you'll need to get the inside bore really clean. then you'll need to grease up the bearing and press it in with at the very least a c-clamp and some bits of metal to help distribute the forces.

To be clear did you get the mmr kit with the engine/tranny/diff mounts? Or did you get some separate rear subframe bushings? If it is the diff mounts, then after you get all the rubber crap theres also a metal sleeve that you gotta hammer out as well then the mmr bushing will go right into the diff mounts.

well just some adivce with the shocks. u will probly have to replace your spring seat and bushings witch dont come in your kits. in fact their really hard to find ( unless u want cheap *** ones from autozone) mazdatrix don't even sell em i had to get mine from the junk yeard.

The front control arm bushings are a pain in hte *** to press out. The rears are a lot easier, but jsut more labor involved as far as bolting and unbolting goes.

MMR is probably your cheapest bet
