Burnt fan clutch-electric better, but cheaper?

I havent done a search yet, but a new fan clutch is 190, i dont plan on paying that. Whats involved with the electric fan? I hear its a lot better anyways

someone used a fan from a fiero on his car. he said it worked great it only cost him ten dollars.

Go to AutoZone and buy the 16" fan and the Thermo sensor upgrade. It is aout $70 if I remember right. the instructions are inclosed if you want to do it their way. but I left the fan shroud on because my MSD was mounted on it. I had to do some moding but it only tooke about an hour extra. IF you want to do it my way, then tell me and I can give you the low down. it is fairly easy. the other way yo have to lose the fan shroud
