Burnt bumper help!!!

I just got a new exhaust on my car and its awesome. It makes these big flames on mid shifts and it is burning my bumper. Its turning it brown and looks real bad what do you use to get it off the car and keep it from coming back.

I just rubbed like hell for roughly 20 minutes and guess what it will come back so everytime you wash your car or get gas or whenever you need to wipe it down....if this is a real burning issue then you need to go get an exhuast shop to extend it. -Gabe
