bunk tps?

After finally getting my car running, its surging at idle. I set the idle at 750 and it does ok, but if i hold the gas at 1500rpm it starts surging, up and down about once a second about 500 rpms (250 each way). It doesnt do that with the tps unplugged. I adjusted my tps, 1k ohm at idle, it peaks at about 4.5kohm right near 18 degree throttle but then jumps to no load after that. My tps is bunk isnt it? Its supposed to stay at the 4k-6kohm range at wot isnt it? S4 turbo II.

Yes 4k-6k ohms is the specified range for WOT. Sounds dead to me. Looks like you got everything nailed down.
