Bumper removalproblem

First I searched and read several posts... I removed the top 10mm bolts and the lower ones on the bottom of the car. I also removed the blots that go across the bumper into the fenders and still the bumper wont budge! is there somthing I'm missing guys?

you sure you got them all? theres like 4 into each fender, 3 have to be gotten from the wheel well and 1 has to be gotten by removing the headlight assemblies

not so sure about removing the headlight. You might also have to remive the bumper bolts to the brake ducts and whatnot and from inside the fender wells. should be five or so on top, 3 inside each fender and one on the top corner of the fender in front of the headlight on the inside of the engine bay at the top corner.

Remove the fender liners, you have to reach in through the wheel well to get at the 3 bolts on each side that hold the bumper on.

yep and there are two bolt one on each side of the headlights but you can get them by bending your arm and using a deep socket with the headlight to the up position. at least on an s4 the bolts are there.
