you should get there if you stay with those parts , for those hp numbers the e6x will do the job so save the extra couple of hundred bucks.
i would look into a BOSCH 044 pump or dual walbro set up
also to set the power down since it will be your daily i dont know how you feel about hard jumpy clutches so stick a 6 puck in there
if you get that greddy fmic you will burn a hole in your pockets be warned...works good you can build a fmic for half the price of a greddy

I'M going with 6 puck disc....
you may want to revisit your idea and factor in 'daily driver, 400WHP with A/C'. one of these does not belong.. GO!
why^^^^
....lol with a/c, my car is the furthest thing from 400 hp.........and i dont even have a/c heh, good luck
I own a 500hp FD as my weekend car...NO A/C of course...Just trying to make power with A/C IN THE CAR..
I don't think its a hard task to do......

check around for people who have 400+WHP daily drivers with A/C, you may find one or 2 random people and it is far from a reliable way to go about it. with power comes sacrifice if you want to keep it semi reliable.
with A/C you have a big heater in front of everything that is trying to keep the cockpit cool by transferring the heat out of the car to in front of everything keeping the engine cool. i don't care how big of a radiator you install it can only do so much with already pre-heated air. you could try a custom setup with a V-mount or a hybrid setup but then you are getting into a whole new ballpark of engineering.
lets just see things out here for a second, you have the condenser core in front of everything heating the air on an already hot day, then you have the FMIC, taking the already heated air and heating it further and also reducing its efficiency by having the condenser in front of it keeping it from doing its true job of cooling the air as best it can. after the front mount intercooler you have an oil cooler, you could split it and run duals at the brake ducts, a pricey work around and not an easy task. the oil cooler is a major heat source but it only heats 1/3 of the air flowing through the path so it is a marginal heat source for the radiator. lastly you have the radiator tring to turn blistering hot air into something sub 180*F to cool the engine, good luck with that..
as far as A/C is concerned, the condenser does need to be in front or its cooling efficiency is greatly reduced so i'm not sure if you thought it could be stuffed somewhere else and still do it's job, it won't.
you can believe me or spend $1000 to find out the setup won't work as your engine cooling system suffers, your choice.

Unless your doing everything yourself, rebuilding and etc, and looking for deals, 10k sounds like you will run into money problems, without a doubt

No offense but if money ain't an issue and you want a 400 hp daily driver with a/c you may want to consider an E39 M5. They are reasonably priced and are a hell of a car for the money.
But if you want to do it with an Rx7 thats cool too.

wow... very nice project....... love the fd! i can see you put a great deal of blood and sweat into that beast....... i just recently built a high hp bridgeported motor for my fc, so if you run into any issues, questions, concerns... dont hesitate to pm me.... my total cost on my motor ended up being $13k.... so $10k seems reasonable.... especially w/ hook-ups
