Budget fix

Does anyone make something similar to racing beats pre-silencer? Possibly something that doesn't cost $200?

RB's pre-silencer is worthless anyway!!
A cheaper alternative would be to buy a muffler that has a straight through design and have a couple flanges welded on.
The Borla XR-1 is nice.

Just trying to find a cheap way to quiet the exhaust down some. Right now I have an unkown brand header, gutted pre-cats and straight through the rest of the way. Loud as hell. So xr1 is out of the question, it's almost as expensive as the rb presilncer. But there has to be someone who has made a glasspack with steel wool instead of fiberglass other than rb. btw, I couldn't find a presilencer on pacesetters site, maybe I could if someone thought about the design from a customers pov.
