Bubbling paint in engine bay

The paint on the drivers side frame in the engine bay has started to bubble and peel off. It's not brittle, feels rubbery and has some kind of oil on it. Is this normal? Will my frame start to rust when the paint peels off? Do I need to get it repainted? Please tell me to stop worrying about my car!!!

Yo,

It's from your master cylinder, it's brake fluid eating your paint. I guess all FC master cylinders leak fluid, my paint just got eaten by it.

Check this thread:

I am going to replace my MC soon because of this, and the puddle of brake fluid in my garage.

Hope that helps!

Thanks RarestRX, guess I'll try what Six Rotors said to do on that thread.
