Broken Turbo?!?!?

So i think my turbo could be busted. Not all the time.. but a lot of the time when i step on it at a low rpm and then later the turbo boost finally builds.. in that turbo lag the car jerks like crazy.. and i THINK when im at a high speed too the car doesn't feel as stable or even as fast n e more. Anyone got some suggestions / comments? Thanks.

Maybe a chunk of your precat fell apart into the main cat. Thats what happened to mine. Then I replaced it with a FULL RB setup
