Question Broken and missing vacuum nipple on Greddy BOV

Hi all...

I recently received a Greddy bov ( i dunno know the model, but it's the silver top one and it's written: trust performance or something like that) with my old school HKS FMIC kit, and it seems that the vacuum nipples ( there are 2 threaded holes, and one is for a vacuum nipple, so I assume that the other one is also a vacuum one ) is broken and the other is simply missing

do you know where can I buy these for cheap??

also, do you know exactly where to hook those 2? cuz I dont see the point of putting 2 vacuum nipples on a BOV

sorry if it sounds newbish, but I am foreign to simplified vacuum diagrams and I HATE every vacuum line on my engine...

thanks a lot guys

P.S., I might be able to take a picture tonight if you want to

If its like the type s then the top one is them main boost/vac source(hook up to somewhere on teh UIM.) and the other is another boost/vac source(optional) just to push extra air out. this is what ive herd at least.
