bridging the injectors??

some guy came into my work the other day..
said he was from new zealand and that he worked on crazy rotaries over there
so anyway he tells me that bridging my primary injectors with the secondary injectors will fix my hesitation problem..
i dont know about that just wondering if anyone has ever heard of it..

So he thinks running all 4 injectors at low RPMs is a good idea? The motor will drown itself in fuel.
