Question Bridgeporting a n/a?

I've recently come to the conclusion that my motor has lost an apex seal on each rotor. So i'm deciding on what port job i should have done when i get a new motor. I'm interested in as much power is possible with descent reliability(at least 25k miles). A nasty idle isn't a problem. Any input would be appreciated. Also any ideas on what kind of power output i would be seeing with a nice exhaust, and an intake with different kinds of porting? Thanks.

bridgeported motors are very expensive. You will definately need fuel mods, and maybe even some upgraded coolant mods (radiator) Usually bridgeporting comes to around 5k for the complete take out/bridgeport/put in procedure. You WILL idle like crap, possibly around 1.5k rpm and it wont be solid..more lumpy.

There is a movie on soul assassin's full bridgeported TII at idle to give you a little bit of a feel for what it'll sound like when your done.

Its not an easy task, and some say the motors dont last too long. Make sure you strengthen the internals with new 3mm apex seals and maybe harder stationary gears and eccentric shaft. Your going to be able to easily rev up to 10,000 rpm, so a scatter sheild is something i'd reccommend so you dont chop your feet off. Putting that power to the ground will also req. a TII drivetrain.

Have fun
