Hey Guys..

Just recently my car has started acting weird.. As I come to a stop I can hear the front (or so I think) brakes making like popping sounds.. It isn't affecting my ability to stop, but there's a definite popping sound which is related to the brakes.. If I stop slowly without applying too much braking force, I don't hear anything, but if I push the brake peddle a little hard as I come to a stop it seems to pop every couple seconds..

Anyone else ever experience this?!

 

how are your control arm bushings?

 

Not really sure.. I suppose that's something I should look into. Does that sound like a problem that could be caused by the bad bushings?

I did a test tonight, adn just hit the breaks, and came to a stop quick with difference than usual.. But when I just break "normally" I get that popping..

 

Yeah should be a suspension problem... check your struts also

The OP's last activity was 11-21-07.. I don't think your going to have a whole lot of luck. Check out your suspension and bushings.
