brakes issue Help!

Hey guys my friends FC has a braking problem that started on the car after he did not drive it for atleats three weeks because of the differential mount that broke and the wait on the new one to come, but that got fixed and now when he drives the brakes lock up realy bad and the car compleatly stops on its own, this almost caused him to wreck because they locked up when he was driving down the street, i wanted to see if any body had that problem before and knows how to fix it, wee tried flushing out the old brake fluid and it did not solve the probem,
any help apreciated.
Thanks.

A caliper is sticking. This causes a lot of heat which boils the fluid and locks up the other caliper.

Or the rear parking brake mechanism is sticking.

You'll need to pull the calipers and make sure they are smooth throughout their travel. It should be easy to find the sticky caliper due to the signs of excessive heat which will dry up the brake lube that would have been applied at the last service.
