Brakes connected to rear defrost?

So I have quite a few electrical problems like most FC owners
Besides having a fried CPU ( hazards, horn, and blinkers fried)
I noticed that my brake lights didn't work(had the fuse in the pwr steering slot)

So here's the odd part
My rear defrost works fine if the STOP fuse is out
When it's installed the brake light works correctly but..
The defrost light is lit and when pressed it gets lighter but defrost no longer works
Any ideas?

When I put it

The Defroster Relay is located near the antenna. Once you find it it will have four wires. You can check which wire is not behaving as it should and maybe figure out why it is interfered with by the brake circuit. The White wire at the relay has constant voltage. The B/G wire should have voltage w/key to on. The Black/Blue wire should have voltage w/key to on, but it has a ground when the Defroster button is pressed to the on position. When this button is pressed to on the B/W wire in the four wire relay will have voltage on it. So see if any of the above is interrupted w/the Brake fuse in place.
