are you hitting it from the inside face? penetrating oil and brute force.

I had to use a 12-ton press on some that I got from a salvaged car. Most likely, drilling the lugs will do nothing but create more work for you to replace them, as the hubs are probably corroded to the rotor. Without the corrosion the rotors would have come right off the hub once you removed the two factory assembly screws. With minor corrosion the rotor should come off if you screw a longer screw into the holes of the removed factory assembly screws, but I assume you already tried that.

If they haven't been changed in a while, they can get really frozen on there with corrosion. I was bashing away at mine a few years ago then ended up taking it to a shop to have them cut off.

My 7 sat for years before i put it on the road and did the brakes. Its goin to take time but hit from the inside out and go around as you hit it. With some penetrating oil and enough force, it should come off. Good luck!

I just had this problem about a week ago on the new project 7. Sledgehammer didnt do ****. I ended up spinning the rotor, while hitting it from the back with an air impact chisel.......the vibration and force took the rotor off in about 2 minutes.
