Brake Rotor sizes

Are S5 Turbo II rear rotors the same as s5 convertible rear rotors

It seems like that yes.

As for my S4 vert, I got the 4 piston ones infront, same as the TII, so I guess those rotors are the same, and that would apply for the rear ones too?

Vented rears. Do not get the solid rears if you have a vert or TII.
