brake problem solved!

For those of you have been following my random threads and replies in other threads, ive changed just about everything in my brake system to no avail. yesterday, i finally figured out what my problem was. I had a leak. i could've sworn i didnt have a leak because i changed all the brake lines, but when i started the car the brakes went dead again even though they were thoroughly bled.

everytime i worked under the car, i would leave the e-brake on. last night, i took it off to try and bleed the brakes. turns out, that my car was playing a cruel joke on me. Whenever i had the e-brake on, there was no leak. when i took the e-brake off, there was a leak between the e-brake cable and the rear caliper. So, when i bled the brakes with the e-brake on, everything was good, but when i went to drive the car (with the e-brake off) they went dead.

Today i replaced the caliper and it is finally fixed. For future reference, always check the brake lines with the e-brake OFF. It'll save you a bunch of time. im so effin glad i can drive my car again.
