Brake peddle very stiff

My brake peddle is very stiff. I have just done a swap to 5 lug setup using the master cyl and booster off the same car the 5 bolt came off of. I have blead the brakes 2 times. All items worked fine that came off the donor car before removal. If I rev the engine to at least 2000 the pedal gets a little better but not much. It feels like in idle that the brakes act as if the car were not on at all.

Thanks for any help.

It gets better at higher RPM?

Make sure the booster line isnt crimped, make sure it doesnt have a hole in it or isnt clamped on.

I'm assuming your engine makes good vaccum, so if all else fails, check the booster.

EDIT: I just read that your engine is supercharged! That MIIIGHHTT affect your engine vaccum, Hmmm?

stiff brakes is better than a soft brake. Just use a couple bricks tied to a rope on your back bumper.

but your s/c is probably seriously screwing with your brakes. was there a problem before?
