http://www.napaonline.com/masterpage...d=3&SubCatId=3
plz review this link.

What is the difference from the two master cylinders? One says with adjusting suspension, and the other without.

well your link didn't have anything, but if you have a GXL, you need the one with adjusting suspension.

What are the differences between the two? Why are they different, it’s a brake cylinder what does that have to do with my suspension, I ask because there is a big price difference.

the AAS is controlled by braking as well for less dive when stopping.

If you have the AAS removed, you could probably use the non AAS master cyl... just not usre about the hardlines, if they have to be moved or not between a AAS and non AAS equiped car.

I replaced the master cylinder on my 78 turbo and 87 gxl with AAS and both looked identical. Absolutely nothing different. Doesn't the AAS act based on the speed sensor reading to the AAS cpu?

Well I went to the junkyard and found a gxl, but when I got home the cylinder was different. So I removed the piston inside and just swapped them. The only problem with mine was that the O-rings where old and collapsed.
My question is, can you just buy replacement O-rings?

yes you can, but you might have to buy the whole rebuild kit. they should have them from advance and auto zone. But even then it should be like 20 bucks, which is whole lot cheaper than new. Also try ebay, I got a reman for like 30 bucks shipped.

i have a napa reman i will sell you for cheap. less than 1k miles, worked fine. i don't need it because i swapped in a brand new tokico master in an attempt to alleviate some brake problems, which turned out not to be the master.
