Brake lights and horn.

Am i correct to assume that since my brake lights are out, but the horn doesn't work also that is not the brake light switch?

You have a blown 20A STOP fuse.

The only thing the brake lights and horn have in common is where they get power from, i.e. the STOP fuse. If you've verified the fuse with a meter (not just visually) then you need to troubleshoot the two things seperately. Look at the FSM wiring diagram (page 50-58 for both) and the FSM Body Electrical chapter.

The only other thing is if the Body CPU was unplugged fro the car, neither the brake lights or the horn would work
