The right side of both my rear lights light up, but shouldn't all four lights light up when I brake?

Yes, both on each side should go bright. Do all of them come on low when you turn the lights on?

Have you checked the bulbs? Remember that just because they light up when the lights come on, doesn't mean that they are still good. The bulbs have two filaments.

Be advised that not everyone will be able to see your video.

In that case, I'm more confident that you have two bad bulbs, and not something wrong with the wiring.
