Um, what do you mean "One brake light"? Are you telling you need to replace some bulbs?

Well then, If the fuse is OK, your nearly 20 year old wireing and connectors are probably coroded. Get some connector cleaner, like bullfrog, and unhook-clean-reconnect all of the connectors between your bulbs and the fusebox, starting with the bulb sockets. Do this one at a time, checking the light function each time. Chances are it's just the bulb socket needs some cleaning.

Put a meter on the socket of the light bulb that is not working. See if you have 12vdc when the brakes are applied. If YES, then see if the ground for the light holder is good or not.

Frankly it does not make sense to change the brake switch if one of the lights was working when the brakes were applied. Just FYI

that samething happened to me on my chevy lumina. one light would light up when I broke but the other two didn't. I replaced the bulbs but what is ended up being was some switch near my ignition. I don't know if are 7 have the same thing .
