Brake Help! ~ brake booster maybe?

I replaced 4 rotors, 4 calipers, and has 4 stainless steel lines. I also changed all vac lines in the engine bay.

Stopping is a pain in the royals *** right now. I'm not sure if it sbecause the new rotors weren't milled down (istalled new, seller said they were ok...???). If its a bleeding problem (just rebled last night, no air bubles) of if it could be something else.

I have the brake booster hooked up to the thing in the LIM. Is there anything that could be causing it not to vac?

I remember with the auto, you could push down on the on the brake wth the engine off, start the car, and the vac would pull the pedal another .5-1" lower. I don't ge that affect now. I can push down on the pedal, and when i start the car, i don't notice any affect. (5spd swap + emissions removal)

thank!

EDIT: How dificult? When I step on the brakes, I don't really slow down. when I apply some pretty good pressure, start to slow down well. When I stand (all force, plus me pushing back into the seat for leverage) on the brake, tires lock up. Its bad enough that going down a 45ish degree incline a mile long, I had to engine brake to keep from going fast (that or stand on the brake for that long *** time)...

Any ideas? It really feels like there is no brake booster help...

Installed new vacuum hose /w checkvalve.

Brakes work 150%!!! I knew the completely new/rebuilt brake system was missing something. They lockup on a dime. Perfect Thanks for the help guys, I would have been stumped!
