Caliper. When the master goes bad, it almost never causes the brakes to stick. The piston (s) in your caliper is probably rusted stuck. Get a rebuilt or new unit. Don't rebuild it yourself.

disassemble the brakes. check the caliper sides, try to push back the caliper piston, if it goes back, means its not stuck. obviously, next.. check the master cylinder. check for leaks. look for dirt around the resivior, brake lines, and next to the power booster. also, if the caliper is siezed, replace both calipers, do a brake flush, and brake bleed. might want to change your pads while your at it.

I looked at the pads and the inner pad was totally GONE! The rotors alittle scarred but i THINK it will do alright. will a pad thats totally gone make the piston like push out farther than its sposed to and get stuck??
maybe??

As the piston doesn't recede after brake pressure relieved, it's holding the pad against the rotor, therefore causing the pads to wear. If you're not up to rebuilding the calipers yourself, just buy rebuilt units as stated above.
