Brake Booster diameter TII versus N/A

I'm biulding a real fast 1st gen and was wondering about the TII and N/A brake boosters. I tried to fit a S4 TII booster in my SA and the diameter is to big. Is the N/A booster smaller in diameter? Can someone measure across the N/A booster and let me know.. I have a TII one to measure.. Thanks

just looked through the fsm, it really doesnt say if there is a size difference. It does have pressure differences between cars with the 14"wheels(4 lugs) and cars without the 14" wheel. My ~8" measurement is from a 14" wheeled car
