brake bleeding

ok i finally have the time and it's warm so i'm addressing the brake issue i have. the brakes feel really soft and the pedal has alot of travel. i didn't bleed the brakes when i got the car so i figure i'll start there. does anyone know the bleed order on an fc? and what fluids are you guys running?

Ford High performance fluid.

Bleed order is just like any car- start with the furthest from the MC (passenger rear) and progress through to the nearest (driver front).
