87 needs some TLC...need help with the list

Now that I'm getting more and more comfortable with the 7 with all the time I've spent reading different parts of the FSM and what-not, the more I keep adding to my list of maintenance that needs to be done to it. Could you guys help add to my list? It's got about 129k miles, so I want to do whatever should be done then, but I'm not completely sure what all needs to be done! Here's a list I've got so far:

1. oil change (done)
2. radiator flush, clean, flush, fill (done, this fixed my overheating problem as well, I believe)
3. change spark plugs and wires (I believe these are the same wires/plugs that came with the car, if I was near the car now I'd take pics so you can see the condition they're in)
4. possible battery replacement (I've had to jump it once because I'm having starting issues and having to clear the rotors of unburned gas a lot, and it's draining on the battery)
5. change transmission fluid
6. change rear diff fluid?
7. Check and replace any worn belts and hoses if necessary

This isn't part of maintenance, but I also want to check the motor and subframe mounts, as I believe they need to be replaced. The motor shakes at <1000rpm enough to the point that the exhaust tips at the back of the car are smacking against the body of the car, making a really annoying clankety-clank. Can someone recommend a place I can get these cheap? (I saw them listed somewhere at $30 or $40 each, which seems like a bit much to me, but I could be not realizing what goes into making these) As for the subframe mounts, I think the rear left mount needs to be replaced because there's a loud thud every so often coming from right there and that's what I'm told the problem was.

Also, I'm not sure what this is, but I think it's transmission-related. When I shift and let off of the clutch pedal, there's a small thunk that my buddy says he can feel when he's sitting in the passenger seat. Does anyone have any idea as to what this is?

I want to do all of these before I start trying to make any real mods to the car.
