i am on supraforums sometimes and that buy has 2 HKS SS BOV's mounted right next to eachother on his pipe going to the fmic (they are mounted at the end of the pipe closest to the intercooler) he is also running 23 PSI IN THAT RACE so thats why it is loud as ****. and those are racinghart M5's. he runs mid 11's

you can still make it sound liek that, but it wont be as loud cause you'll be running at like half the boost

Would I be able to get that sound with just one SS BOV?, I'm only boosting 9 right now, but I'm still running my main cat. and still have my stock TID.

yes man, 9psi is still pretty good. believe if or not, 9psi is alot of air and can make a bov sound good.i am running like 7-8 psi on my t2 and my stock one is even a good level of noise. it takes a little bit of ******* around, but you can usually get those HKS SS bov's to sound somewhat like the ones on that supra anywhere around 10psi. (notice i said that supra had 2 bov's) and you only have one bov and a little under half the psi he's running so it shouldn't sound that far off (i'm talking tone, not decibles)

The fact he's running 2 BOV's should help carry the sound a little more. but on that general line of theory 23psi = 11.5 psi per BOV. Say 13psi should be louder?

regardless, you can get a really good sound @9psi. it wont be as loud as that supra, but it will be the same tone/pitch.
