BOV Question

Ok so i am looking to get a new bov because i hate looking at that plastic b.o.s. in my 89 turbo 2. And i just ordered new injectors, a safc2, and a walbro 255, so i am spending money why not spend some more on a bov.

Well first off has anyone tried the turbosmart duel port bov, how it is, and basically will it work on my car? I dont know much about how the car will react to a bov that vents to atmoshere, so i was thinking about the duel port one.

Ok so basically can i get an atmoshere bov or will the car freak out? If so do u think the turboxs bov Type H34 , the one that vents back in the intake be good?

I am not really looking to buy a $350 unit so the best bang for the buck would be good, if u guys have a better suggestion.

Plus i only have a few mods on the car, racingbeat full exhaust, FCD, TID, no air pump, manual boost gauge, and soon 720 sec, walbro 255, safc2.

thanks guys.

I got a used GReddy Type-S fitment is excellent, it's open atmosphere vetning. Someone on eBay sells new ones that are Type-RS (not fake), and RX7.com sells the kit also. It has no problems stalling out when it's warmed up, but that just may be my car. You can save about $75 by getting the one off of ebay, rx7.com is $302.00!!!

It sounds awesome, tomorrow I can record it on quicktime and send it to you to listen to if you want. My friend has the RS on this 240 it sounds like it has woosh, where as the S has more of PSSSHT!! sound. I love it. You can always adjust the tension though to lower the pitch of the sound. The Type-S is definately noticeable =)
