bov issue

Even with the stock top mount and bov,I only heard it a few times. When I went fmic, I used an aftermarket bov. Well,it's not working. I've replaced the bov with a new replacement, replaced the vac line, used a different vac port and figured it was the ebay bov. I got a real greddy bov and it still isn't working. I've tried adjusting it with no positive result. Any help is most appreciated.

I think I may have found the problem. I didn't think about checking the FSM to see where the port that the stock bov uses. I used the line that the guy I bought the car from was using and it is going to the throttle body. The FSM has the line going to the upper intake manifold. I'll try it today when I get off work.

Yeah, it needs to see full intake manifold vacuum to work properly.
